Emera offers a full installation service for deliveries to metropolitan Sydney, Melbourne, Adelaide, Canberra and Brisbane, using our experienced delivery partners. Upon your order is ready to delivery, you will be contacted within 2-3 working days to organise an appropriate time for the delivery.This specialised service includes placing the furniture in the room of your choice and assembly (if required).

The delivery costs will vary based on the item(s) size, weight, location of delivery address. You can calculate the shipping fee via our postage calculator or contact our showroom for assistance.

Interstate: $90.00 AUD per ship.
Sydney & Adelaide: $150.00 AUD per ship.
Canberra: $180.00 AUD per ship.
Brisbane & South Australia  & Tasmania: $350.00 AUD per ship.
 Western Australia: $750.00 AUD Per ship

Rugs & Mirrors & Lighting:
interstate: $50.00 AUD per ship.
Sydney & Adelaide: $80.00 AUD per ship.
Canberra: $100.00 AUD per ship.
Brisbane & South Australia & Tasmania: $180.00 AUD per ship
Western Australia: $400.00 AUD Per Ship

Furniture deliveries are made by our experienced delivery couriers. They will contact you prior to arrival on the day for delivery. You can also contact our customer service via email at info@emera.com.au or by phone at 0386 009 990.

The lead time might vary based on the different process of cutting, upholstering and quality control checks. The lead time for most of our products is 8-12 weeks. 

We offer Australia Wide delivery for homeware. Homeware are delivered via Auspost. Delivery time is approximately 1-4 business days for Metro Melbourne. Deliveries to other cities can take up to 8 business days.

The delivery of homewares(small items) are calculated based the real time Auspost post rate. Please note that rugs and mirror are excluded from homewares and is treated as a furniture item in relation to delivery.

Homeware are delivered via Auspost. You will be able to track via Australia Post MyPost website using the tracking number.
