We are pleased to offer a returns service to all customers for any purchases that meet our Returns Policy as we want your shopping experience to be as enjoyable and seamless as possible. 

How it Works

Fill the Return Form

Fill in our online Returns Form within 10 days of receiving your order.

Send Back Your Purchase

We will contact you within 1 business day to arrange a collection from your home. 

Receive the Refund

We will process the refund within 3 business day once after quality check.

Furniture

Big items including Sofas, Tables, Chairs, Storage, Rugs and Mirrors

1. Return or exchange requests have to be submitted within 10 business days from the date of receipt.

2. Item must be in its original purchase condition, not assembled or part assembled in any way.

3. Item purchased as part of a set or multi-item pack has to be returned as a whole set.

4. We also recommend that all items are in their original product packaging, all packaging are unmarked and not defaced in any manner. An 10% additional repackaging fee will be charged for returned items without original packaging.

5. All returned item will be reviewed by us upon received. Item should also match the written or photographic documentation of the item's condition provided when requesting the return. Returns that do not meet these requirements will not be accepted and where applicable.

6. The cancellation or changing of orders is considered the same as a return application.

We do not accept any kind of return for the following items:

1. Any item marked as "Clearance or specified as on "Final Sale"

2. Any floor stock product

3. Commercial orders

Return Fee

A change of mind return will incur a 30% restocking fee cover Emera’s administrative costs and expenses incurred in handling and cancelling the order. The refund for change of mind returns will be returned to the original payment method less any deductions.

Exchange or Store Credit

Please contact our customer service if you want to exchange an item or exchange for a store credit within 10 business days upon the date of receipt.

Homeware

Small items including Plinths & Sculptures; Wall Art; Vases & Vessels; Candles & Scent; Trays & Boxes; Objects; Artificial Plants; Plates & Bowls; Coffee & Tea Set; Tumblers; Glassware; Dessertware.

Return Fee

Shipping both ways will be charged upon return. We will advise you the costs once you have logged your return application. The refund will be returned to the original payment method less any deductions.
