Homeware Delivery
Homeware are delivered via Auspost Standard. Delivery time is approximately 1-4 business days for Metro Melbourne. Deliveries to other cities can take up to 8 business days.
Furniture Delivery
Emera offers a full installation service for deliveries to metropolitan Sydney, Melbourne, Adelaide, Canberra and Brisbane, using our experienced delivery partners. Upon your order is ready to delivery, you will be contacted within 2-3 working days to organise an appropriate time for the delivery.This specialised service includes placing the furniture in the room of your choice and assembly (if required).

For the made to order furnitures. The lead time might vary based on the different process of cutting, upholstering and quality control checks.

We are always excited welcome you to view your favourite piece of furniture at our showroom. Please note that all designs may not be on display. Contact us prior to visiting if you are interested in having a look of a specific piece.

You can contact our Customer Service Advisors to make changes to an order before the order was delivered. Your orders will be delivered together with one core delivery fee. There may be extra delivery charges associated with additional products, depending on the quantity or size of these extras. Please note that by adding or making changes to your order, the estimated delivery time might be changed, subject to availability.

You can place an order with a minimum 25% deposit of the total purchase price us and pay off the balance when it is ready to delivery.

The delivery of homewares(small items) are calculated based the real time Auspost post rate. Please note that rugs and mirror are excluded from homewares and is treated as a furniture item in relation to delivery.

Homewares(Small items) might be dropped at a safe spot on your property or leave a card for pick up if you're not at home at the time of delivery.
For the delivery of furniture, we are unable to authorise for packages to be delivered without a signature in order to ensure that your purchases arrive safely and in perfect condition
Our delivery options usually only contain the delivery to your curbside or to the front door of your house/apartment building.
If you need us to bring items inside your house or apartment building, Please contact our customer service which may incur a higher delivery charge.
Homeware are delivered via Auspost who might not contact you prior to delivery.

Yes, you can pick up the item from our showroom. You will be notified when your order is ready for collection. We require 24hrs notice to prepare your order for collection and orders must be paid for in full prior to collection. Pickups are available Monday-Sunday by appointment only.
Return, Exchange & Refund

Any return or Exchange will be subject to our Returns and Refunds Policy.
